           Indeed there is huge human loss that the world is facing right now but at this moment it is essential that we be together, support each other, love each other and most importantly respect and abide by the rules laid for us by the government.

          This is the time when it not only important to take care of your physical health but mental health as well. There might be anxiety that many of us might be facing now, along with lots of "what if's" but there is not to worry much things will be normal soon if we be vigilant enough and take care of ourselves as well people around us. As it is proven that the more stress and anxious one is the more it effects one's immune system and the need of the hour is to boost our immune system. 

          There are many of us who are working from home, I am sure for introverts its like cherry on the cake but for extroverts it might be little tough , but surely we can do role reversal for few days, keeping ourselves in the shoes of government and imagine how difficult it is for them to handle the huge population thereby abiding by their rules is utmost necessary .


         Many of us always complained about not getting enough leaves from work, but tadaaaaaaa...... here is the opportunity for you to do everything that you always wished to do (except for outings)

let me help you things which you can do at home while you have coronavacation 
1) Spend time with your family, play games                together,eat together and most important show        gratitude and be thankful for having them.
2) Recreate your happy memories.
3) Prepare your favorite meal, explore new dishes.
4) Surprise your partner by doing things which            they like but you do not enjoy it much.
5) Play with your kids , listen to their stories.
6) If you have grandparents, consider it as an              honor , listen to them ask them to narrate to            you the challenges they faced this will help us        think about our problems in a creative manner.
7) Continue with your hobbies if you left them          midway due to lack of time or discover one. let      the child within you enjoy every moment while      you are blessed with this break.


with all these it is important that you focus on positive news than on negative, take essential measure to avoid the novel COVID 19, be kind and helpful to others,have balanced diet, work out enough by doing zumba or yoga and exhaust yourself for a good night sleep.Share information from trusted sources only. Remember you are working from home so plan your day accordingly and be particular with the schedule.
