There might be anxiety that many of us might be facing now, along with lots of "what if's" but there is not to worry much things will be normal soon if we be vigilant enough and take care of ourselves as well people around us.               IS IT OKAY TO FEEL SAD?                                                       All of us are humans and we go through a turmoil of emotions and feelings in our day to day life. It is no less than a roller coaster. We often tend to get confused with our emotions and misname our sadness with depression. It is essential for us to understand that depression is really a sad state and cannot disappear or snap out within a day or two. However sadness can disappear as soon as we experience something positive.                                           Yes it is perfectly normal to be sad at times. While we are sad we get a lot of time for introspection. Sadness does help us understand and realize the important of those happy moments and time that we have spent with our loved one's.
