              IS IT OKAY TO FEEL SAD?                                                       All of us are humans and we go through a turmoil of emotions and feelings in our day to day life. It is no less than a roller coaster. We often tend to get confused with our emotions and misname our sadness with depression. It is essential for us to understand that depression is really a sad state and cannot disappear or snap out within a day or two. However sadness can disappear as soon as we experience something positive.                                           Yes it is perfectly normal to be sad at times. While we are sad we get a lot of time for introspection. Sadness does help us understand and realize the important of those happy moments and time that we have spent with our loved one's. I am sure while you were sad people must have often told you to cheer up and be happy but then it is not humanly possible to always keep on smiling.               Psychologically when
